keep and datastudio keep failing

I hope this is the last message I have to post about issues. I started from scratch, everything was going smoothly until the end.

I ran "update project" and it keeps saying everything is "Already enabled" but "check serviceaccount" keep failing.

I've set up GAM tons of times before over the years, so I know those scopes usually take a few minutes, but its been 2 hours. Am I missing something somewhere? I also checked those two APIs and they're definitely enabled for the project.

What time and day is good for you? I have tried everything and those same two scopes keep failing for all 4 of the schools.

One question. Will those 2 scopes failing affect anything else or just those 2 scopes? Because if I can still use the program and the only issue is keep and data studio, I'm fine with that. I did a gam info domain and it displays all the correct info.
