If you want to create multiple groups, use a CSV format and you have to consider that when creating groups there are things that you cannot adjust and you might want to adjust those with update instead of create

I use csv file but I am getting error like picture, please guide me the correct command to create multiple groups. Thanks!

Your group address header seems to start with "Group Email [something....

You need to use the same header in the command as you have in the csv.

Also, if the header has spaces, enclose the entire thing in "quotes"

gam csv test.csv gam create group "~Group Email [something...."
