[GAM] Trying to troubleshoot: "WARNING: Config File Not Found"

I first setup my GAM project last year for another domain, but set it up again today. 

I'm able to run GAM commands just fine, but would like to fix the warnings I'm getting. 

WARNING: Config File: /Users/username/.gam/gam.cfg, Section: DEFAULT, Item: oauth2_txt, Value: /Users/username/.gam/oauth2.txt, Not Found
WARNING: Config File: /Users/username/.gam/gam.cfg, Section: DEFAULT, Item: oauth2service_json, Value: /Users/username/.gam/oauth2service.json, Not Found

gam info domain and gam user myEmail show gmailprofile result in the same warning and error of "ERROR: No Client Access allowed" 

I have the same issue as this post where I look in the directory and only see 3 items in the hidden .gam folder: 

- gam.cfg (modified today)

- gamcache folder (modified 2023)

- oauth2.txt.lock (modified today)

would it be possible, rather than requesting a zoom meeting invite for the presumably helpful Mr Scoggs to actually write the solution here, in text, I don't do well with interactive viideo but having thhe steps written down would be nice.

New company, new device, new account and new gam.

Ran the install script and thought I was done and got the same error, first I deleted the lock and oauth, went back into cloud console, I am,  and downloaded oauth2service.json then had to create a new client_secret.json in credentials. Then ran the gam oauth create. Left the settings as is and C. It sent me back to google site to confirm auth. 

Any steps missing? I would call Ross but its like midnight :(

I do Zoom meetings so I can ask questions, see what you've done and give corrections. There is no a fixed set of steps to list.

We can do an interactive seesion at whatever pace works for you.
