Google Group Manage Members Add, invite, Approve

Hi,

When Google updated the settings for groups it changed the "Manage members Add, invite, approve" to Owners only of the group. I had it set originally to Managers. I have ran the command below and get a message that states "Group: em...@domain.com, update". When I check the settings in the console nothing has changed though.

gam update group em...@domain.com whocaninvite allmanagerscaninvite

Does anyone have advice on how I can update this permission so that managers of a group can mange the members of a group? I have 190 groups and would prefer to use a script and not have to make changes to all 190.

John,That option has been deprecated, try:

gam update group em...@domain.com whocanmoderatemembers ALL_MANAGERS_CAN_INVITE

Thank you for the response. When I try that command I get

ERROR: Invalid argument: Expected <allmembers|ownersandmanagers|ownersonly|none>
Help: Syntax in file c:\gamadv-xtd3-64\GamCommands.txt
