Team Drive Creation - ERROR: 403: The user does not have sufficient permissions for this file

Hello,

  When I create a Team Drive I get this error:

ERROR: 403: The user does not have sufficient permissions for this file. - insufficientFilePermissions

My command looks like this:

gam user USERNAME add teamdrive "Test Team Drive"

This happens for multiple users, including super admins. However, there is one username in my domain that can create the drive.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

You need to turn on Team Drive creation for users who should be creating Team Drives. See:
