Can GYM/GAM export a users inbox to MBOX format?

Hi all,

I need to export a lot of user (email) accounts into mbox-format, for later use. Now I can do that in Google Takeout on each account, but it will take like forever to that and wait for it to be ready etc.

Does Takeout have an API we can utilize via GAM, or can GYM be configured to do the export to an mbox file for each user?

GAM can export with Vault but your best option if it really is that many users might be org-wide Takeout:

Hi Jay,

Thanks for answering - I'm aware of that function, but it's too heavy after all. I will take a look at the vault options.
