Jay,

I have tried this, but HTML seems to be either stripped or encoded < becomes &lt; etc. can you provide a more complex example? which tags are supported for example?

Are you updated to the latest GAM 2.0? I can confirm <br> and <b> work. Haven't tested many others. What tags are you attempting? You should also be able to modify a signature in the GUI Settings and then do a "gam user jsmith show signature" to see what HTML the GUI creates.
