Hi there,

I'm the current technical admin for an organisation that has been around for quite a while, and at some point in its history, someone set up a YouTube channel in our name. Fortunately we have been using Google Apps for a long time, so I'm almost certain that this YouTube channel will be attached to an email address in our domain. The problem is I don't know which one. Is there any way to use GAM to find out which user it might be linked to?

To give an idea of my "level of proficiency", I've only really used GAM for setting up email account delegates to handle knowledge transfer as employees come and go.

Thanks,

Hi Steven

Pretty sure GAM can't do anything on this.

In case it helps, the YouTube channel is actually owned by a Google+ page, this Google Help article explains how to change the owner https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/4627568?hl=en-GB

This assumes you can find the owner of the G+ page of course!

Good luck
Graham

In that case is there any way in which GAM can help me find which organisation accounts have Google+ pages?

g'day pix

Whilst not a solution involving GAM.... Google emailed me this morning with an enhancement to the G+ management part of their Management Console.

If you visit the 'Additional Google Services' section of 'Apps' then you'll find that it now lists all accounts' G+ status in the 'Settings for Google Plus' section.

cheers
