I've been looking at the wiki page for shared drives, I can't spot whether or not it's possible to get info about users with permissions to access shared drives outside our domain.
I've managed to do this using the GAT+ tool, so is there a way to do this with GAM?
Thank you
Temple

thank you Ross - I think that is for external users of our shared drives. I'm looking for our users who are using shared drives that we don't own

Temple,

I don't see how; the Drive API doesn't detail Shared Drive ownership.

that's really interesting - I have to admit I was surprised when I got the report from GAT+. Here's the headings of what it was able to retrieve:
SHARED DRIVE EXTERNAL, TITLE, FILE_ID, CONTRIBUTORS, VIEWERS, MANAGERS, CONTENT MANAGERS, FILE SIZE, CREATED, UPDATED, PUBLIC, PUBLIC WITH LINK, SHARED OUT, SHARED IN, ANYONE IN DOMAIN, ANYONE IN DOMAIN WITH LINK, SPECIFIC INTERNAL USER(S), SPECIFIC EXTERNAL USER(S), FLAGS, SHARING FLAGS, OPEN LINK, SHARING_ONLY_INSIDE_DOMAIN, SHARING_ONLY_WITH_DRIVE_MEMBERS, ONLY_CONTRIBUTORS_CAN_DOWNLOAD_COPY_AND_PRINT, SHARING_FOLDER_REQUIRES_ORGANIZER_PERMISSION, NUM ITEMS, ORG UNIT

I'm assuming that SHARED DRIVE EXTERNAL is the field of interest.

capabilities.canDeleteDrive

Output only. Whether the current user can delete this shared drive. Attempting to delete the shared drive may still fail if there are untrashed items inside the shared drive.

I wonde if this is what they're using?

I did some testing, canDeleteDrive isn't it. Can GAT supply any info?

no, GAT just gives a report with the headings I supplied earlier. Really interesting, I wonder how they do it?
Thank you anyway Ross
