Error while running Bulk csv update user

Hello,

I am encountering an error when running bulk update user command. The update applies as expected to the user and the username does update, however it is still returning an error at the end of the sequence "ERROR: 404: Resource Not Found: userKey - userNotFound". Had anyone encountered this?  Should this be a concern? Any input is appreciated. 

Command ran: gam csv file.csv gam update user ~Email username ~NewEmail

Perhaps you have some not empty rows at the end of your csv file.

The Email column may be empty, but in one of the other columns there is content.
