GAM Policy / Schema Change for Sing-In-Settings

Hello,

Does anyone know if there is a schema  / policy change that can be done with GAM to change the "Sign-in-Settings" to restrict a to a pattern? 

I have been searching through here but have not found one yet. There are a ton of policies in here, so I figured I would ask in case anyone else have ever done this. The overall goal is to be able to lock students out of certain Chromebooks based on OU. 

I will continue to look and report back when if I find a solution.
