Wondering how to fix "Authentication Token Error"

Hello,

I'm new to using GAM, just got it installed on my Mac.  I keep getting the following error when I try to query my users.

"ERROR: Authentication Token Error - unauthorized_client: Client is unauthorized to retrieve access tokens using this method."

After reading through the forums, I've checked my version of python and I'm running GAM v4.12.

Thanks in advance for any and all assitance.

what command are you running? Try running:

gam user your-fu...@company.com check serviceaccount

and follow steps listed in the output.
