See attached picture. I just installed GAM on a computer and followed the instructions to give it authorization. Each time I try to check serviceaccount, it fails for all services. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? I'm a newbie at GAM but would like to learn more about it.

Dave,

It can take seconds to 15 minutes for the authorization to make effect; how long have you waited?
The other thing that can go wrong is that cutting and pasting the list of scopes inadvertantly dropped some characters.
Go back to the admin console, is the list of scopes there nice and neat, one scope per line? If there is any line-wrapping,
re-enter the Client Name/ID and scopes and hit authorize; the incorrect entry will be updated.

Great news... I followed the instructions on this link to a T and was able to get it working. Thanks for the reply!
