Drive file shared files

Is there a GAM command to unshare a users files they may have shared in drive. All of their files not a specific file. We're looking at maybe for leaveing suers doing this for 30 days or so and then delete the account. As of now they leave and if we delete the account because they shared files and didn;t use a team dribve users work on these files for years until we delete the account.
