Error 400: invalid_request

I am receiving an error message when going through the oauth section of the setup process.  I am at successful in creating the project, but every time I run gam oauth create, specify my ad...@domain.com email, and copy the generated link into a browser I get the following error message that is attached.  

Current Setup

Ubuntu: 18.04.6 LTS

GAM: 6.22

I thought I did that but just ran the update again and the error is no more.  Thank you.
