Last email activity time required

Hi All,

Can anyone help me regarding last  email access of users for email. This is not last login which is directly available in Admin console  Last sign in: time. 

How we can get this info from Google API ? 

Is it possible to fetch data using GAM commands?

The command might be fast, the actual data google provides might be old.
