Force groups personal signatures

Hello, we want to avoid writing WITHOUT PERSONAL SIGNATURE in a Google Group (Business), we use a number of google groups in our Google Workspace Standard set as collaborative mail, but some of them are used by the custumore services or other staff users.

We want to let people write from the group address that may be something like custome...@ourdomain.eco, but in that case we wanto to force the name of the sender inside the mail, not a common one for the group.

Is there a way to do this or am I missing something?

I had a try at the free Signature Manager for Gmail I see and I can set the signatures for each user in our small Google Workspace, and it creates a new "My Signature" in Gmail and sets it as the default signature for the user, that can anyway choose another one when writing from gmail. The same software lets me set it for selected groups but seems to do nothing, where are the signatures writeen when posting in groups?

Is there any way to achieve this with GAM or anything else?
