Bulk Gam Command to block Mobile Devices

Hi there,

I am looking for a command that will allow me to bulk block devices on the Admin Console.

Not delete or wipe, I just want to block them.

Is there a command that will allow me to upload/add a csv file to a command and block all those devices in the csv in 1 bulk command?

First off, I'd recommend using the devices commands rather than the older mobile commands. The mobile API used by the mobile commands is for iOS/Android devices only and does not support company owned devices.

But I cannot see a way to bulk block device id's?

I have a list of device id's in a csv. What is the command to block all device ids's in the csv?

From the guide you linked me, it looks like its only a command to do a device id at a time?

with a csv that has a list headed SerialNumber and the serial numbers one per line below, I think the command would be as follows:

gam csv gam update cros cros_sn ~SerialNumber action disable

I haven't tried it out because I don't want to disable anything!

Hi there,

I am afraid, I have tried different variations of this command and it does not work. 

I tried the command but replaced "disable" with "block" as I want to block and not disable

It just says 

ERROR: File: /.mopup.csv, [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/.mopup.csv' 

OR

ERROR: File: ./fred.csv, [Errno 2] No such file or directory: './fred.csv'

Can you help?
