Query for users missing "Building id"

I've been trying any commands I can find that will query users based on location type building:id. Does anyone have a query that will find any users missing their building id or "isblank"?

There is no query.

Try this:

gam config csv_output_row_filter "locations.0.buildingId:regex:^$" redirect csv ./NoBuildingUsers.csv  print users location

sorry, it is creating a csv, but all columns are blank, except "primaryEmail"
