Cannot create a GAM Project

Hi All,

I cannot use GAM because if I create a GAM Project I receive this error:

 I am using a super admin email address.

can anyone help me please?

Add yourself as an org admin in the cloud console. Then try GAM setup again.

I'm getting the same error, see below

The authentication flow has completed.
Creating project "GAM Project"...
Checking project creation status...

however org admin isn't a role i can see, I am already down as an owner can anyone help?.
