Do the users have a license assigned that entitles them to Gmail?

Is the Gmail service enabled for these users by their Org unit or group membership?

Can these users access Gmail in the web UI?

Hi GAM Support,

I’ve set up GAM with a Google Cloud project where the Gmail API is enabled, and I’ve configured domain-wide delegation for the same project. The correct scopes are authorized, including:

However, when I run the following command:

gam all users print delegates > delegates.csv

I receive this error:

Gmail API Service/App not enabled

I’ve verified the client ID is correct and that the project is authorized in the Admin console under Security > API Controls > Domain-wide Delegation.

Can you confirm if there are any additional steps or settings needed on the GAM or Google side to get this working?

Thanks,

Did your output look like this?

$ gam all users print delegates

Getting all Users, may take some time on a large Google Workspace Account...

Got 220 Users...

Got 220 Users

Getting all Delegates for us...@domain.com (1/220)

User: us...@domain.com, Gmail Service/App not enabled (1/220)

Getting all Delegates for us...@domain.com (2/220)

Getting all Delegates for us...@domain.com (3/220)

Getting all Delegates for us...@domain.com (4/220)

If not, show the command and the output.

Do this:
