Revoking 3rd party app connections

Fun issue: Recently migrated to a new Google instance. Moved companydomain.com to new google. Old google become companydomainarchive.com and is shared with several other subsidiaries.

Inside of slack, the Google drive app stayed authenticated and shows users companydomainarchive.com address.

I am wondering if it is possible to revoke 3rd party connections for a specific OU?
(Note: we are in a transition and not revoking licenses or deactivating accounts just yet)

I'm also looking for a way to get a list of all users "3rd party apps and service" - https://myaccount.google.com/connections

From what I can tell, the Token might be what allows the access
