I want to get a list of all extensions from Admin Console by OU and their status, whether allowed, forced, or blocked. I saw thy Python script that gets a list of all extensions on browsers, which I am having issues with "_csv.Error: field larger than field limit (131072)", but it is not what I am really wanting.

Thanks Ross! This simple command gave me a list of all apps and extensions per OU. Now I have to have the API page to translate the install type.

Let me add to this. After running the said command, I found numerous apps and extensions I wanted to remove for users and add to Google's block list. Would this be possible?

There's no API support for that.

"Flip the script".

Manually blocking extensions is a losing game.

Blocking everything, and allowing only those that should be allowed is the only proper solution.
