Error when installing GAM on new tenant

Hi Guys, I am trying to get GAM set up on a new tenant. I have super admin access and I manage to get through the majority of the set up process but at the final stage I encounter this error message:

Any suggestions on what this could potentially be? Thank you!

gam version extended

Show? Make sure your on 6.18.

The url looks correct to me. Are you sure the error you are getting is the same as your original screenshot?

the error is still there, however slightly different now:

Yes, that's a very different error. You need to allow list the app in your admin console. Copy down the "client_id" value from your last screenshot and then add it as trusted using the instructions at:

https://support.google.com/a/answer/7281227?hl=en

Hey Jay, so tried that but it looks like when I click authorize in my google admin nothing happens:

I add the client ID and then all the scopes and when I click authorise nothing happens, nothing gets added and the window just sits there. 

Any advice?

That's not the right place to add the client ID. Take a look at the help article I sent before.
