'Real-time' "is_gmail_enabled" status?

Is it possible to retrieve individual Google application status for users with GAM?  'GAM print users' and 'GAM info user' provides 'real time' information on account status (suspended) and 'GAM report users' provides the most recent Google report information on individual Google application status such as ' is_gmail_enabled' but that status information is not real-time and is several days stale.
