quota limit, how to increase? plan upgrade?

Hello, i got sometimes those errors:
<HttpError 429 when requesting https://sheets.googleapis.com/v4/spreadsheets/asfsdgdfg returned "Quota exceeded for quota metric 'Write requests' and limit 'Write requests per minute per user' of service 'sheets.googleapis.com' for consumer 'project_number:977578259384'.". My questions are:
1.How to increase quota limit, ive already submitted request to increase it, but it wasnt probably enough..

2. I'm using google Google Workspace Essentials Starter i'm the only owner of all files uploaded on google drive , i just want to upgrade my plan and still be able to share it over some people and be able to view what operations they've done on sheets.

What would you suggests , what plan to upgrade for?

i use "requests" maybe too many over minute

i use "requests" to modify, resize, do some calculations on cells in google sheet using python. Sometimes in some sheets there are probably too many
 requests over minute.
