Afternoon GAM peeps,
Is there a command I can use to add a preferred name that will display on email, docs, etc....?
I have worked hard to standardize using legal first names but I seem to get caught with how to handle preferred. Our SIS has no issue displaying the preferred name and I can keep my syntax in place for email addresses to have the initial of the first name as part of the handle. last...@ourdomain.org I would like the preferred name to appear as the display name everywhere the name appears...docs,comments, etc.

So there we have it! I imagine this tells us we have 363,089 total items, 3
of which are type osx.alias, 2 are application/illustrator, 1 is a .json,
4755 are msword files etc. Sound about right to you?

Is it possible to change a calendar's owner? So far I've tried...
`gam calendar [uniqueid]@group.calendar.google.com add acls owner
newownername`
...but while this returns `Calendar ACL: (Scope: user:newownername, Role:
owner), Added` nothing actually changes, as far as I can see.

is there a way to copy a users drive's and then appy that users managements
right to another user on the same shared drives?

gam update user last...@ourdomain.org displayname "Preferred Name Here"
