Importing .ics file into Google Calendar and inviting individuals to events on it

Hi,

I've scoured the Google API and GAM and not found a way to do this:

Programmaticaly take an ics file and import it into a new Google Calendar for a specific user, then inviting a list of individuals to every event in the calendar.

Can GAM help with that? Thanks for such a great tool.
