See Who responded to Google Form

I have a user who created a Google Form and neglected to add anything about who was responding to the form.  Is there a GAM command I can use to see who responded and what their answers were?

Thanks Ross

My user sent the form out without collecting emails.  We have responses but don't know who from.  Trying to figure out if there is a way in GAM to see where the responses came from if not recorded in the form.

Don,

The Forms API says: respondentEmail: Output only. The email address (if collected) for the respondent.

I don't see anything in the Reports API about forms.
