My requirement is different ,
I want to update user details using a .csv file.
What is the syntax & what is the structure of .csv file ?

Assuming you have the CSV file already, then make sure it has a header row and use the CSV commands, plus the one I mentioned earlier - see https://github.com/jay0lee/GAM/wiki/BulkOperations#using-csv-files

The sections I referenced and the one just above it (Creating a User) show you the syntax of the gam create/update user commands. Combine that information with what you've already discovered.

Suppose that your CSV file (UserInfo.csv) has the following columns:
Email, Password, FirstName, LastName, WorkPhone, HomePhone, OtherWorkEmail, 

gam csv UserInfo.csv gam update user ~Email firstname ~FirstName lastname ~LastName phone type work value ~WorkPhone primary phone type home value ~HomePhone notprimary otheremail work ~OtherWorkEmail

For every field in the syntax that describes a field that you are interested in, <org cost center> for example, you will have a column in your CSV file, OrgCostCenter, with the desired data.

You may have to use custom schemas (https://github.com/jay0lee/GAM/wiki/GAM3DirectoryCommands#setting-custom-user-schema-fields-at-create-or-update) for some of the fields that you describe, Employee ID, Employee Type, for example.
