GAM and Reports: Definitions for inbound, outbound, and internal mail

Hello,

Is it possible to create reports with numbers of inbound, outbound, and internal mail for specific user with GAM?

I use command: 
gam report users todrive date 2016-03-01 fields "gmail:num_inbound_delivered_emails,gmail:num_inbound_rerouted_emails,gmail:num_inbound_rejected_emails,gmail:num_inbound_spam_emails,gmail:num_inbound_non_spam_emails,gmail:num_inbound_encrypted_emails,gmail:num_inbound_unencrypted_emails,gmail:num_outbound_delivered_emails,gmail:num_outbound_rerouted_emails,gmail:num_outbound_rejected_emails,gmail:num_outbound_encrypted_emails,gmail:num_outbound_unencrypted_emails"
Got 20 users

But only got to fields

I can't get values for most of the fields, these two do work: gmail:num_emails_received and gmail:num_emails_sent

2 Ross,

I get the same fields in the answer: gmail:num_emails_received and gmail:num_emails_sent

It seems that fields are not supported by GAM yet. Or we need to do some additional setup of the Google API. Who knows...

The fields are supported by GAM; these additional fields may need set up at Google somewhere.

These fields work with "gam report customer" which makes me believe that they are not available at the user level.

Ross, thanks.

I checked it, these fields works with "gam report customer" but this report is for full account not for individual email.

And it is so sad.

I think this case can be resolved via "Auditing Accounts" with subsequent parsing of its results.

Hi Guys,

Very interesting thread - I had no idea the how useful GAM could be for reporting!

Coincidently ,... I just had a request from someone "to find out how many internal emails were sent in the month of March".
Is there a way to find this out with GAM at the customer level...? (By internal they mean intra-domain email obviously, sent between users of our company)
