ou@domainname.info doesnt exist

to GAM for Google Workspace

Hi,

this command:

gam csv maturanti24backup.csv gam update user ou ou ~OU give me only error User: o...@domainname.info, Does not exist....

But in column OU is right name of OU, and in column Email we have right email address fn...@domainname.info.

In spreadsheet cant see any o...@domainname.info.... What to do pls?

Youj forgot to specify the user:

gam csv maturanti24backup.csv gam update user ~Email ou ~OU
