You should never do anything before having your first cup of coffee in the morning.  I think you can use this as a guide https://github.com/taers232c/GAMADV-XTD3/wiki/Groups-Membership#select-users-based-on-suspension-state

for selecting a user entity type.  In your case I'm assuming you want to add non-suspended members, you would use the "ou_ns" user entity type.
