Hi  Ross Scroggs,

According to your Rajagopal Suresh's conversation we tried below command but show error please help me on priority. 
gam <UserTypeEntity> delete messages query <QueryGmail> [doit] [max_to_delete|max_to_process <Number>]

The command should be:
gam user it-b...@test.com delete messages query after:2022/01/31 max_to_delete 10000 doit

We face error - Service not applicable/Does not exist

Is it your intention to delete all messages that were delivered AFTER January 31st, 2022?  That removes the most recent emails.  Usually if you are trying to save space, you delete older messages.  Also, are you the controller of the domain test.com, or is that a placeholder for security?

The command:
gam user <email> delete messages query "after:2022/01/31" max_to_delete 10000 doit

can we check all mail total count with date wise and label wise.

That message indicates that it-b...@test.com does not hve Gmail enabled; it the address in ain OU with Gmail disabled.

Have you enabled service account access?
gam user it-b...@test.com check serviceaccount

This gives you label counts for all messages. 


You could use  a query to limit the dates.
