Change GAM installation path

Hello 

How do I change GAM installation path after it has already been installed and configured? 
I want to make it so GAM only works when I'm logged in with a specific user.

Move the GAM installation folder (C:\GAM or xxx)  to C:\Users\xxxxx
I Control Panel/System/Advanced System Settings/Environment Variables
Edit Path under System Variables and remove the reference to C:\GAM or xxx
Edit Path under User variables for xxxxx and add C:\Users\xxxxx\GAM 
OK your way out

Just saw this. 

On my own I did this 

save client_secrets.json, oauth2service.json
uninstall gam 
install gam on new path ( I chose update to not go thru the setup process) 
paste the .json files 
once you try to run a command the first time it will ask you to reverify with google 
confirmed not working under other users.
