Drive Transfer Ownership with a Legal Hold

Hello I am trying to find a way to do a Google Drive Transfer Ownership while an OU is under a legal hold (Google Vault).

2 Scenarios…

1. Transfer while both Source and Target users are under an OU with an Active Google Vault Hold, neither have a direct Legal Hold

2. Transfer while Source or Target user has a Legal Hold

I found this but the overall command I’m wondering why is the nonowner_targetrole current is NOT nonowner_targetrole SOURCE?
