Dynamic Group based on OU

Looking to create a dynamic group based on an OU and have users in that OU be added/removed automatically.

Is this possible through the admin console or GAM?

With Advanced GAM, you can do something like

gam update groupname sync members ou "/Path to OU"

and have that run on a cron job
