Hi all!

Does anyone know of a way to delete an entire email thread for a User? I know you can delete emails based on messageid but if it's a thread, I was wondering if there was an easy way to just delete the entire thread?

You can delete the thread: gam user us...@domain.com delete thread ids <ThreadID>

Thank you Ross.

Happen to know what would be the best way to grab the thread id for an email that was sent to multiple users?

Thanks for meeting with me Ross!

In case someone needs it, you do still need the messageid to then grab the thread id.

gam user <EmailAddress> show threads query "rfc822msgid:<MessageID>"

Then with that output and the thread id use

gam user <EmailAddress> delete thread ids <ThreadID>
