Access users email through GAM

As a super admin, I am looking for guidance on whether there is a way to access the emails of other users through GAM. If possible, I would appreciate any details about the procedures or permissions required to do this.

Use can use the delegate command for this.

gam user <target_user_email> delegate to <user_to_see_target>
