Print Report of Nested Labels

Gam Advanced allows the option to 

gam user username print labels onlyuser

however' this only seems to return top level labels - How can I get a report of all labels nested and otherwise the user has?

Labels are shown as Top/Middle/Bottom; use nested option to see more clearly.
