User app access

Hello. 

Is there a command I can run that will produce the same result for each user as this help article ?

Basically dont want to click on each user to see what apps they have access to.

No, you can't get the same list; the best you can do is:

Is there no way to download a report to see which users have gmail/drive/meet etc turned on?
