Drive API v3 Service/App not enabled

Hi i got stuck in this mode:
Drive API v3 Service/App not enabled

when i try this code:

gam redirect csv ./TeamDrives.csv print teamdrives fields id,name

i want to extract storage information for shared drive in our google workspace and found this script (https://github.com/taers232c/GAM-Scripts3/blob/master/GetTeamDriveStorageInfo.py)

can you help me, how to enable drive API v3?

Do teh following, replace us...@domain.com with a valid email address; follow directions.

gam user us...@domain.com update serviceaccount

Hi Ross,

i got this error 403 during update service account:

from this URL:

https://admin.google.com/ac/owl/domainwidedelegation?clientScopeToAdd=https://mail.google.com/,https://sites.google.com/feeds,......

how to open permission for this one in google admin, because i am not super admin.
