Temp Error 401 trying to access delegated email

Hello all, 

Wanted to make a post for someone else that may run into this issue in the future I delegated an email using gam when the user tried to get into that delegated email they got Temporary error (401). In order to fix this you need to make sure that when you do 

gam info user na...@domain.com 

that these 4 lines are exactly how they are below: 

Has Agreed to Terms: True
Account Suspended: False
Must Change Password: False
Mailbox is setup: True

This is how you fix that error and allow people to access that delegated account.
