I'm running GAMADV-XTD3 6.28.06

We had a manager who left the company. Her account has since been deleted.

She was the owner of a corporate executive calendar that we need access to.

Is there any way to:
  1. Find that calendar by the title, and
  2. Transfer ownership of that calendar to another employee?
Thanks in advance.

best,

Dale;

Once an account has been deleted you have 30 days to restore it before it is purged completely.  I think that's your only hope.  If it's been >30 days you're sunk.

Hi all,

Actually, you have 20 days from the day of deletion to restore the user account. After that Google purge the data from their servers.
Restore a recently deleted user

The 30 days rule would be in play only if the user deleted the calendar or events themselves but they are still active on Workspace (or alternatively, if in suspended state or under AU license).
This is why when deleting a user it is always wise to have a backup of their data, either in a third-party backup tool like AFI, or alternatively transferring their data before deletion to another account (this is always a good option at least for Calendars and Drive data they own).

Unfortunately, if the user has been deleted over 20 days ago there is no way to restore that users data and whatever data was in their accounts.

I hope you will find the above information helpful.
