Google Chat - Automatic Invite and Accepting

I would like to know if it is possible to automatically send a Chat invite from all of the people in my domain to everyone else in the domain and automatically accept that invitation.

Therefore, this would mean that everyone would be able to chat with everyone else with no inviting rubbish.

If not with GAM, then is there another solution?

Hi 

I dont believe there is a way to do that, would be good though

You can get half way if you have Google Apps for Business (not on standard, not sure on other versions), you get an option under Settings/Chat to "Automatically accept chat invitations between users within Cloud Skills" so you still need to invite people but dont have to wait for them to accept it

Yes, I already have this enabled, but users are able to disable it in their own account.

Does anyone have any other ideas?
