Deleting files older than specific date

Hi All

Have been digging around but cant find an answer.

So I want to delete anything that is older/hasn't been modified in 7 years that is not a Google file. ie Word/Excel/PDF/images that take up storage space. Is this possible?

I can see tehre is a query: function but can't find anything specific to dates
