Hello,
I work at a school district and we have a generic user we use when deleting any leaving staff. We transfer ownership of any Drive items the leaving staff member has shared within the district. I think this user is approaching the Drive limit for owned files. I ran the `gam user
us...@domain.com print filecounts` command (running GAMADV-XTD3) and it tallied 756767 documents of the various kinds.
Lately I have been trying to do some cleanup of some files that I am the owner of but should be owned by this generic user. These files are shared with this generic user, but I am still the owner. After transferring ownership of a large chuck of these files, I am now getting the error "Sorry, you have exceeded your sharing quota". I thought this might mean that the generic user had maxed out its ownership ability.
So, before we create a new user for this task, I was wondering if there was an easy way to get a list of all files, no longer shared (presumably because the people originally shared with have also been deleted) and delete these files.
Thank you,
Tim
