Shared Drive Report Data

In the Admin console you can view manage shared drives and it will list out data for each shared drive setup. I am wondering if there is a way via GAM to export this data to a CSV for all shared drives for my domain.

Date created
Creator
Storage used
Item cap

I would be interested in the same, especially the Item Cap so I could monitor which Shared Drives are nearing the 400,000 item limit.

Where do you find this in the Admin console?

The Drive API diesn't return Status, Creator, Storage used or Item cap so the data must come from some other API call or isn't vailaable via API.

Right, but if you have 14 pages of Shared Drives with 50 lines on each page, it is tedious to monitor when one of them is nearing the Item cap percentage (GB is not limited). A quick GAM csv report could sort the Item cap column to see what percentages are high. We had one SD just this week that maxed out at 400k items.

I wanted to bump this. I, too, am looking for a way to get this data in a gam export.

Specifically, I want a spreadsheet of all shared drives in our environment, with storage used (and item cap, preferably). Basically, I want the data currently available in the "Manage Shared Drive" admin console panel, but in .csv form.

Is this possible?
