Updating Delivery Settings for Group Member

Is there a way I can change/set the delivery settings to none/nomail for a user that's in multiple groups?

I've got a csv of the groups this user is a member of

Any aid as always is appreciated! :)

Assume that groups.csv has a column named group.

gam csv groups.csv gam update group "~group" update nomail us...@domain.com

The one-off command is as follows:

gam update group <GroupItem> update [allmail|daily|digest|none] <UserTypeEntity>

What is your complete requirement? Multiple groups and users?
