How to find out if a user has blocked group email from arriving

I have a student that is not getting Group emails. I have taken her out of the group and placed her back in. I was wondering if there is a Gam command that shows her email preferences for a Group.

You can see her Group preferences in the Groups GUI (I’m not sure if you can also do it via GAM). There’s also a chance she’s set up a filter for messages from the group. See

In Advanced GAM you can say the following to see delivery settings the the student's groups.

gam user stu...@domain.com show groups

Ian's suggestion is good to see if the student is filtering out the group emails:

gam user stu...@domain.com show filters

If you need to see all of a users group affiliations and membership attributes you can do this:

> gam user some...@mydomain.com print groups
